Any student who wants to graduate from their course must submit an “Intention to Graduate” form and enrol all the required subjects to graduate. With submission of the Intention to Graduate form, actions will be taken to review the student’s transcripts to assess whether all requirements have been fulfilled and the student is able to graduate.

Certificate in Theology

In order to graduate from each certificate level, students need to pass 6 modules in respective levels. Students must obtain a pass (at least 50%) in each module exam. Students must complete all subjects by the end of term 3 to graduate in the same year. The Intention To Graduate Form Must be completed before 30th September.

The Certificate shall be awarded at Pass level when all the compulsory and elective subjects have been passed with a mark of at least 50%. The Certificate shall be awarded with Credit, Distinction or High Distinction when the following average mark has been adhered:

  • Credit = 65% – 74%
  • Distinction = 75% – 84%
  • High Distinction = 85% – 100%

 

Diploma / Degree Courses

Any students who wishes to graduate must take the following actions by these respective dates:

  • 15th January – Submit “Intention to Graduate” form
  • 31st May – Enroll all required subjects to graduate
  • 30th September – Obtain Practical Ministry Report from Church Supervisor

 

With submission of the Intention To Graduate form, actions will be taken to review the student’s transcripts to assess whether all requirements have been fulfilled and the student is able to graduate. The Diploma will be awarded when the following requirements of the course have been satisfied:

  • The requirements for each subject (including attendance at lectures and tutorials, submission of all required assessments and completion of non-assessed tasks) in which a student is enrolled have been fulfilled; and
  • All subjects have been passed with a mark of at least 50%.

 

Equip Annual Thanksgiving and Graduation Service

Every year, students who have completed their courses will graduate. Please join us for this opportunity to support, encourage and celebrate with those who have worked hard to further their understanding of God’s Word. We would also love for you to be present with us, even if you are not graduating, to give thanks to God for the past year and hear about some of Equip’s exciting plans for the years to come!
